본 연구의 목적은 지역복지실천에 있어서 사회복지사가 활용하는 연계활동과 관련 변인간의 관계를 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 대상은 충청북도 사회복지기관 및 시설에서 근무하는 사회복지사 221명이고, 연구내용은 사회복지사의 역할, 연계활동 및 연계중심이 연계수준에 미치는 영향 그리고 향후 연계수준을 지속화시키기 위한 방법의 하나로써 연계망구축에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 결과적으로 연계수준에 대한 변수의 영향력은 연계수준의 단계가 올라갈수록 점차적으로 줄어들었으며 연계망구축의 기대에 대한 변수의 영향력은 상당히 높게 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 연구결과를 논의해보고 앞으로의 후속적인 연구방향을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships between the linkage activity using by social workers and the related factors in the area of community practice. 221 social workers who is working at social welfare organizations and institutions in Chungbuk were included in this study. The focus of this study was to find the effects of the social workers' role, the linkage activity, and the linkage focus on the linkage level and the linkage network building for maintaining the linkage level. The results indicated that the linkage with public organizations were more helpful than private organizations. Also, when the development of linkage level was higher, the effects of related factors to linkage level were decreased gradually. And the effects of related factors to expectation on the linkage networking were explained highly. Finally, the results were discussed and the suggestions for following studies were presented.
