본 연구는 마포구 영유아복지서비스 관련 기관들 간의 네트워크 활동을 분석한 것이다. 연구목적은 영유아복지서비스 기관들 간의 네트워크 활동의 거래비용, 구조적등위성, 구조적공백을 분석하는 것이다. 개별기관들의 전략적 적소를 알 수 있는 구조적공백을 분석한 결과 사회복지서비스기관들과 공공기관들이 대부분 상위 순위를 차지하고 있었다. 전체 네트워크 활동에서 지위에 따라 동일한 역할을 하는 기관들을 묶어주는 구조적등위성 분석을 한 결과 7개 구획으로 분류되었으며, 이 구획들은 주요구획 2개와 5개의 브로커 구획으로 분류되었다. 두 가지 분석결과를 활용하여 개별기관들의 네트워크 활동의 활성화 방안과 전체 네트워크 활동을 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.
This study attempts at analyzing inter-organizational network activities for transation costs, structural equivalence and structural holes between infant service agencies in the Ma-Po district. From the result of investigating the structural holes which reveal strategic niche of individual agency, I find that most of social service agencies and public agencies occupied upper order. From the result of investigating the structural equivalence which reveal block of equivalent position between agencies, it differentiated by seven block. These blocks consist of two primary position block and five broker block. Based on these findings, suggestions are made for the proposal of policy for the infant service agencies.
