본 연구의 목적은 지역자활센터에서 자활사업 참여자의 참여특성이 참여만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 충청북도 지역자활센터에서 자활사업에 참여하는 195명이고, 참여자의 개인 및 참여 특성에 따라 참여만족도의 차이를 분석하고 나아가 참여만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 결과를 보면 참여만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 모든 참여자에게는 자활태도에 따라 참여만족도가 높게 나타났고, 자활역량이 낮은 집단에서는 참여전의 구직활동여부, 중간집단에서는 참여기간 등이 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 참여자의 만족을 높이는 방안을 논의해보고 앞으로의 후속적인 연구방향도 제안하였다.


The purpose of this study was to analyzed factors effecting to participation satisfaction by participation characteristics of participant who participate self-supporting business at the local self-supporting center. The result of this study are as followings; factors influencing participation satisfaction analysed participation attitude for all participants, job seeking activity in the low group of self-empowerment, and participatory duration in the middle group of self-empowerment. Based on these results, I discussed implications for improvement about the satisfaction of participants and suggest following researches.
