중국은 개혁개방 정책을 실시한 이후 초고속적 성장으로 인하여 국제사회의 주목을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이를 중국의 부상 혹은 중국굴기라고 표현하는데 중국의 발전모델이라는 점에서 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있는 점도 있으나, 중국의 부상을 저지하지 않으면 중국이 국제사회의 주도권을 잡는 상황으로 권력의 전이가 나타날 것이라는 측면에서 중국위협론을 제기하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 현금의 국제적 시각은 중국의 강대국화를 그대로 지켜볼 수만 없다는 것이 미국을 비롯한 서방 선진국가들의 인식이다. 초고속적 경제 발전, 저렴한 노동력, 풍부한 원자재, 광활한 영토, 인구 등은 중국이 가지고 있는 부가가치로 중국의 잠재력을 함축하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 중국의 경제적, 정치적 부상이 국제사회에 영향을 미치고 있는 것은 당연한 귀결인 동시에 역내 국가인 한반도 안보와 직결되어지고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에 능동적인 대처를 하여야 한다는 것은 우리의 현안이며, 미래의 한반도를 구축하기 위한 하나의 전략적 대응이라는 소명인 동시에 완수하여야 하는 당위적 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이것에 대한 구체적 분석이 본 논문의 동기와 목적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저, 중국의 부상이라는 것은 어떠한 의미를 함축하고 있는가를 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면으로 분류하여 설명하고, 다음으로 중국의 동북아 구상 중에서 한반도 안보와 관련된 부분만을 선별하여 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로는 이러한 상황하에서 한국은 어떠한 선택을 하여야 할 것인가에 대한 분석과 시사점을 서술하고자 한다.
Since China carried out the reform and opening policy, due to the fast growth it is the fact that batahon the attention of the international community. China's rise but also in terms of positive evaluation of China's development model, there is also a negative evaluation that should prevent the rise of China.It is true that China has raised the situation in China wihyeopron in terms of power transfer would be made to take the lead in the international community. Current international perspective is the recognition that industrialized countries of the West, including the United States, not only to watch as the gangdaegukhwa in China. High-speed development of China, cheap labor, abundant raw materials, vast territory, population etc. can be seen that the factors that have an added value implies a potential of China. It is China's economic and political rise is affecting the international community is natural. And the region is directly connected with the national security of the Korean peninsula. This is one of our strategic response to the issues at the same time to build the future of the Korean peninsula. In this paper, first, that China's rise is explained by classifying the positive aspects and negative aspects include whether any means, and the second is to analyze the relevant parts of Northeast Asia and the Korean Peninsula from the initiative of China. Finally, under these circumstances, Korea will be analyzed for will be to a certain selection.
