본 논문에서는 ‘혁신가 경제학’라는 새로운 개념을 제안하고 그 교육과정의 요소들에 대해 고찰했다. ‘혁신가 경제학’의 교육과정은 두 가지 목표를 가지고 있다. 첫째, 새로운 발전모델의 주체를 발견하고 육성하려는 것이다. 둘째, 경제학 교육에서 다원주의를 실천하는 방안을 마련하려는 것이다. ‘혁신가 경제학’의 교육과정은 이론적 검토와 사례의 연구·교육 등 두 부분으로 구성할 수 있다. 이는 사상사적 검토와 문제중심의 검토를 적절하게 결합하려는 것이다. 혁신가와 관련된 이론 분야에서는 앙트러프러너 개념을 둘러싼 고전적 논의와 조직가의 본질과 역할에 대한 현대적 논의를 검토하였다. 혁신가 사례의 연구·교육에 대해서는 방법론과 구체적 사례 교육의 예를 제시하였다.
In this paper, I try to suggest the new concept of ‘innovator economics’ and the components of education curriculum. There are two goals in the education course for ‘innovator economics’: training the subject of a new development model and practicing the pluralism in the economic education. The course of ‘innovator economics’ is composed of two parts of looking over theories and cases. These course of study are oriented towards the harmonious combination of the review of history of ideas and problem-focused coping. In the field of theories, I review the classical commentaries about the concepts of entrepreneur and the modern discussion on the nature of organizer. In the field of case studies, I show the methodology and example.
