본 연구에서는 중소기업이 도입한 경영혁신기법의 활용정도와 성과관리시스템의 비재무적성과지표의 속성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 경영혁신기법 활용정도의 증가는 기업성과에 정의 영향을 미치며 또한 성과관리시스템의 비재무적성과지표의 속성인 다양성과 중요성 및 재무적 성과지표와 비교한 상대적 사용정도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 비재무적성과지표의 모든 속성은 기업성과에 정의 영향을 미침과 동시에 경영혁신기법의 활용정도와 기업성과의 관계에 대하여 차별적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 분석결과는 경영혁신기법을 도입한 기업은 기업성과의 향상을 위하여 전략적 성과관리시스템을 통하여 비재무적성과지표를 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다는 점을 실증적으로 제시하고 있다.
This study analyzes overall effect on the business performance of small and medium size companies of Management Innovation Technique(MIT) utilization and attributes of non financial performance Indices of performance management systems(PMS). According to results of this paper, increasing MIT utilization gives positive impact on the business performance and also on attributes of non financial performance indices those classified as diversification, importance, and relative importance compare with financial performance index. All attributes of non financial performance indices are analyzed to give positive impact on the business performance and show moderating effects on the relationship of MIT utilization and business performance. Overall, these results empirically shows that firms of using MIT need to use more actively non financial performance indices of PMS for the purpose of increasing business performance.
