본 연구는 초등학교 사이버가정학습에서 참여주체인 학생, 교사, 학부모를 대상으로 만족도와 효과성을 분석한 것이다. 전국 16개 시도 교육청 홈페이지에서 웹 서베이를 통해 만족도와 효과성, 개선사항을 조사하였다. 학습 주체인 학생은 교사나 학부모보다 만족도와 효과성에 있어 높게 나타났으며, 저학년이 고학년보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 사이버가정학습이 사용이 용이하고, 재미있으며, 학교 수업 보충의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 다양한 컨텐츠 제공의 필요성이 제시되었다. 교사는 학부모보다 효과성에서 높게 나타났으며, 학급배정형을 운영하는 교사가 그렇지 않는 교사보다 만족도와 효과성이 높게 나타났다. 교사들은 사이버가정학습이 학업성취나 자신감, 흥미도 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 보았으며, 교사를 위한 다양한 인센티브 제공과 학부모들의 지원을 요구했다. 자녀의 학습관리자인 학부모는 교사보다 만족도 측면에서 높게 나타났으며, 지역규모에 따라 대도시 거주 학부모들이 읍면 거주 학부모보다 만족도와 효과성에 높게 나타났다. 특히, 학부모는 사이버선생님의 지도 방법과 학습관리시스템에 대한 만족이 높았으며, 흥미 고취를 통한 적극적 학교활동에 효과가 있다고 보았으며, 학습내용의 다양화와 자녀의 학습정보 공유를 원했다. 본 연구는 초등학교 사이버가정학습이 학습기회 제공과 공교육 내실화라는 본래의 취지를 살리고 보다 나은 교육서비스가 되기 위한 기초 자료로 될 것이다.


The Purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and effectiveness of the students, teachers, and parents who are the main participators of Cyber Home Learning System in elementary school level. Research method is web survey for investigating the satisfaction, effectiveness and suggestions for more improvement The students’ satisfaction rate was higher than the teachers and the parents. Students expressed that Cyber Home Learning System was easy for use, interesting and effective to complement the school’s learning. The teachers evaluated the effectiveness higher than the parents’ group. They also gave higher point to the cyber-class assigned type than the others. The result showed that Cyber Home Learning System was effective for students’ achievement, confidence and interest for learning. The satisfaction rate of the parents was higher than the teachers’ group. The parents who live in metropolitan city were expressed higher than rural area in satisfaction and effectiveness. Students needed more various learning contents. Teachers needed more incentive and supporting for parents. Parents wanted to share information about their kids.
