In this article a tradition and reformation of lyrical poem of J.Badraa, famous poet, were analyzed from the points of vocal harmony, of semantic relationship of eloquence and many other devices and of beats of Mongol verse. This scientific article was aimed to analyze the writing skills of lyrical poetry of the famous poet J. Badraa basing on the experiences of Mongolian and oriental literatures. His poetry devoted for songs is based on the harmony of sounds. Also it is specific for that the strength of meanings expressed by words was adjusted. For using the words, J.Badraa skillfully felt the relations between former and new meanings of them and well knew what new meanings could be generated from the word combinations. He could choose rare and precious words from the Mongolian vocabulary. It was not idle affectations but the words, which could represent all melody of the songs making the meanings more clear and understandable for people. Songs written by him could reflect specific characters of real Mongolian lifestyle and Mongolian thinking as well as could express Mongolians ordinary minds for cognition of the world and sensitive feelings of melody. Thus in modern time he could develop the tradition of philosophical views and skills of the primitive Mongolia that were used for stimulating the personal mind, teaching the rule of earth and making people enter the meditated and educated lives through songs. As he explained the melodious harmony, and verse and melodious characters of the lyrical poetry according to the oriental traditional poetry, he followed ten principles within the notion of Ten knowledge of Styling as harmony, brightness, equality, pleasant-sounding, youthful, meaningful, greatness, glorious, beautiful and imaginative. In the lyrical poetry by J.Badraa, those ten principles were enriched with new use of the words of modern Mongolian language and became more luxury and pleasant sounding.
