In this study is about on the relationship between inner part customer's(employee) leadership competency and the job satisfaction and a test of mediated effect on the organization commitment. Literature review was chosen as a theoretical study, and survey method as a positive study.According to this study result, leadership competency was significant relationship with Job satisfaction and organization commitment. Especially if organization commitment mediated, the relationship was more effective in inner part customer's(employee) leadership competency and the job satisfaction.
