This study performed to identify a conceptual model to examine which sports event qualities affect the perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty as perceived by participants of a mega sport event. Using a structural equation modeling analysis, this study found that only outcome quality had a significant influence on both perceived value and satisfaction. In addition, event quality was significant antecedent factor of satisfaction. Furthermore, significant relationships were identified among perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. The implications for academic researchers and sports event organizers are discussed.
