The purpose of this study was to develop which is appropriate to the value integration betwen South and North Korean after unification. In order to achieve this purpose, I first analyse the present state of value diferences between South and North Korean, and then propose educational goal and teaching model of value education which made use of the Values Exploration Workshop of D. Simons. Since the division, Two Koreas have developed different and mutually antagonistic value system in the socialist North and the differences and the value conflicts between South and North Korean after unification wil be explained not only by unification situation but also by socialization and experience in the former DPRK and ROK. The impact of socialization will be much more stronger. And the value differences of two Koreans will be the foundation of social crisis in the unified Korea. Therefore, It will be the most important task to facilitate the value reconciliation between South and North Korean in the unified Korea. Value education for value integration in the unified Korea should find some common core values adequate for value integration and, on the basis of that, resolve value conflicts and to integrate different values of South and North Korean.
