본 연구는 노인요양시설을 대상으로 DACUM 직무분석 기법을 사용하여 노인요양시설 근무자의 직무 전반, 직업명세, 직무명세를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 노인요양시설에는 13종의 관련 직종이 80개의 관련 업무를 수행하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 80개의 관련 업무는 요양업무와 지원업무로 구분되었으며, 특히 요양업무는 직무수행과정에 따라 분류되었다. 그리고 노인요양시설 근무자의 직업명세는 13종의 관련 직종에 따라 직무 조건과 지식․기술 내용을 분석․도출하였다. 한편 요양업무의 직무명세 분석에서 직무 중요도는 입소상담, 직무의 긴급도는 응급구호, 직무의 난이도는 입소자 사정 및 서비스 목표 설정 등이 가장 높게 나타났다. 지원 업무에서 직무 중요도와 직무의 긴급도는 직원임용, 직무의 난이도는 인사평가가 가장 높게 조사되었다.


This study analyzed elderly care facility employees’ duties, job specifications, and task specifications using the DACUM job analysis. According to the results of the analysis, there were 13 jobs and 80 tasks at elderly care facilities. The 80 tasks were divided into caring works and supporting works, and the caring works were again classified according to job performance procedure. In addition, for the 13 kinds of job, we analyzed elderly care facility workers’ job specifications and derived working conditions, and required knowledge and skills. According to the results of the analysis of job specifications, among the caring works the most important task was counseling on admission, the most urgent task was first aid, and the most difficult tasks were the assessment of inmates and the setting of service goals. Among the supporting works, the most important and urgent task was the employee selection and appointment, and the most difficult task was personnel rating.
