한국사회에서의 독거노인은 매우 취약한 경제적․정신적 상태에 놓여있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 독거노인의 정신건강상태에 대하여 SCL-90R을 사용해 다각도로 정신건강상태를 측정해 보았다. 이를 통해 독거노인의 정신건강을 끌어 올릴 수 있도록 기초자료를 지역사회에 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시 ○구 ○○동의 ○○○○센터에서 2012년 6월1일부터 10월 31일까지 실시한 지역독거노인의 임의표집 조사자료 250부를 사용하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. (1)독거노인의 정신건강은 일반인에 비해 각 영역에서 경계선이나 위험군의 비율이 높게 나타났다. (2)불안장애의 유형 중, 주관적 신체건강인식이 강박증에 영향을 주고 있으며, 소득과 용돈, 주관적 신체건강인식이 대인예민증에 영향을, 이웃과의 관계와 주관적 신체건강인식이 불안감과 공포불안에 영향을 미치고 있었다. (3)정신병적 장애에서는 주관적 신체건강인식이 우울에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 자녀수와 주관적 신체건강인식이 정신증에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (4)신체화는 주관적 신체건강인식과 ADL이 영향을 미치고 있었다. (5)인격장애의 한 유형인 편집증은 학력, 소득, 용돈, 복지기관 이용 등이 영향을 미치고 있었다.
The study will take a measurement of mental health condition of senior citizen who lives alone through SCL-90R. From the study, it may provide a basic materials to increase the mental health of senior citizen who lives alone at the community. To achieve the study's purpose, it used 250answering paper with random sample of community implementing at the welfare center from the June. 1, 2012 to October. 31, 2012. at the some local area in Seoul. The result of study is as follows:1)Mental health of senior citizen who lives alone figures higher boundary line and risk group rather than senior citizen who live family. 2)Among the anxiety disorder, subjective physical health recognition have a influence on the obessive compulsive disorder, income, allowance and subjective physical health recognition have a effect on the interpersonal sensitivity, and relationship with neighbourhood, subjective physical health status have a influence on the anxiety and phobic stimulus. 3)Among the mental illness, depression effect by subjective physical health status. Also, number of son and daughter, and subjective physical health recognition have an influence on the psychosis. 4)Subjective physical health condition and degree of ADL have an influence on the somatization. 5)The type of the personality disorder, paranoid effect by education background, income, allowance, using welfare facilities.
