본 연구는 노인요양시설의 서비스가 이용자 및 가족들의 욕구에 부흥하고 있는지를 살펴보기 위하여 서비스품질은 반드시 관리되어야 한다는 전제하에 노인요양시설이 자체적으로서비스품질을 확인하기 위한 척도를 개발하기 위함이다. 기존의 노인요양시설 서비스품질과관련한 연구들은 대부분이 SERVQUAL이나 SERVPERF, BSC, DEA 모델 등을 국내에 그대로 적용하는 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 노인요양시설 서비스품질을 측정할 수 있는 타당성을확보한 척도를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 기존의 선행연구를 심도 있게 분석하였으며, 서비스품질 척도를 새롭게 제시하면서 그 적용성을 검증하였다. 검증결과, 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 8요인구조 36문항이 노인요양시설 서비스품질척도로 개발되었다. 둘째,요인구조의 모형 적합도를 확인하기 위하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 유의미한 결과(Normed χ²=2.083, CFI=.918, IFI=.919, TLI=.909, RMR=.054, RMSEA=.065)를 확인하였다. 셋째, 적합도가 확인된 8개 요인과 하위문항간의 내적일치도를 검증하여 높은 신뢰성이 확인되었다. 넷째, 신뢰성이 검증된 모형의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 수렴타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 그결과 AV값(.500~672), CR값(.780~.884), SRW값(.569~.879) 모두가 높은 타당성이 확보되어 본 연구에서 제시한 노인요양시설 서비스품질척도가 타당도를 확보한 척도로 적용성을 높일 수있음이 실증적으로 입증되었다.
This study of nursing homes on the needs of service users and family reconstruction. Therefore, to measure the qualityensure the validity of a measure of service quality nursing homes to develop. The result of thisstudy, First, the development of the exploratory factor analysis of 42 items that are eight factors36 questions in the elderly care service quality scale was developed. Second, to determine thefactor structure of the model fit to the confirmatory factor analysis of significant results wereidentified. Third, fitness and sub-factors are identified eight questions to verify the agreementbetween the internal reliability was confirmed. Fourth, the reliability of tested to confirm thevalidity of the model was carried out convergence validity as a result AV, CR, SRW values. Inthis study were secured in nursing homes to ensure quality of service validity measure to increasethe applicability of the scale that is empirically proven.
