본 연구는 유통업체, 소비재 제조업체, 물류업체(파렛트 임대업체), RFID 시스템 관련 업체 등이 RFID 기반 Intelligent Collaborative 유통물류 정보시스템을 구축하여 물류비를 절감할 수 있는 사업모델을 제시한다. 즉, 상품과 파렛트에 RFID 태그를 부착하여 상품과 파렛트의 흐름을 추적ㆍ관리할 수 있도록 각 거점별로 정보를 통합하여 모니터링하는 시스템을 구축한다. 본 사업모델은 두 단계에 걸쳐 수행할 수 있다. 첫 번째 단계에는 제조업체, 유통업체 물류센터, 유통업체 점포의 제한된 거점에 RFID 기반의 유통물류 정보시스템을 구축하고 각 참여업체별 기간계 시스템과의 연계 기반을 마련한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 상품 아이템 및 점포 수 확대, 수요예측 알고리즘 개발 위한 기본 데이터 활용 등에 중점을 두며, 최종에는 유통물류 정보시스템을 유통물류업계 전반에 적용하고 RFID 기반 유통물류 서비스 포털을 구축하도록 한다. 이러한 정보시스템 구축은 RFID 기반 하에서 도입ㆍ확산될 경우 기업물류의 실시간 관리, 신속ㆍ정확한 공급 체계 구축, 물류비 절감 등으로 유통산업뿐만 아니라 타 산업에도 파급효과가 클 것으로 예상한다.


This study introduces a business model to reduce logistics costs by implementing Intelligent Collaborative Distribution & Logistics Information System based on RFID with collaboration of retailers, manufacturers, a logistics service provider(a pallet rental company) and RFID system companies. That is, in order to trace and control the flow of products(items) and pallets that RFID tags are attached, the information system is implemented to integrate and monitor information in each logistics point. The business model can be performed through two steps. In the first step, each system is implemented in each place such as factory, distribution center, shop and connected to legacy systems of participating companies. In the second step, the business model focuses on increasing the number of items and shops, and utilizing data to develop demand forecasting algorithm. Finally, Intelligent Collaborative Distribution & Logistics Information System is applied to total distribution and logistics industry and progressed to Distribution & Logistics Service Portal based on RFID. This implementation based on RFID is expected to influence other industry as well as retail industry through real-time management, speedy and accurate supply, costs reduction, etc.
