일반적으로 군수의 목표는 경제성, 효과성 및 능률성이다. 이 요인들은 군수관리자가 달성하여야 할 목표이며 군을 둘러싸고 있는 이해관계자들이 군수를 평가하는 요인이 되기도 한다. 그러나 약 70년 동안 한국의 군은 경제성을 측정할만한 다양한 도구를 적용하였지만 큰 성과가 없었다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 부대 간 군수품 거래를 바탕으로 군수회계를 도입해모든 거래를 기록, 분석 및 평가하여 경제성을 높이는 데 있다. 군수회계 방법에따라 거래내용을 기록해 군 의사결정에 이용하면 한국군이 더욱 발전할 수 있을것으로 여긴다.
Typically, the goals of Logistic include Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness,Consistency, and Continuity. These factors are criteria to be achieved by theLogisticians and to be evaluated by internally and externally stake-holders. During thelast seventy years, Korea military has tried to apply various methodology to evaluateeconomic feasibility because there hadn’t been criteria to measure economy. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the Logistic Accounting for recording, analyzing,and appraising the materiel transactions between unites. The record and informationbased on Logistic Accounting will make Korea military a new military organizationand change awareness about military affair.
