It contributed at a diffusion of the woman right consciousness and a society public opinion formation. It accomplished social political culture facility as the magazine. It recognized the importance of the woman of the alternating current. And it wanted the base extension of a woman consciousness. It supported goal which draws a society involvement of the woman. It revealed the thought of the woman and the life of the woman earnestly by woman's writings. After all, 『Sin Yeo Ja』 is full-scale woman magazine. The meaning of 『Sin Yeo Ja』 which started as a modern times woman magazine is following. It is the characteristic of the aspect and meaning of that time women's writing, too. We must pay attention to the importance of its get out of man intention. It saw a woman problem as the woman's view and published the text of the woman. It made efforts to accomplish the role as real woman's magazine. It had sisterhood's view. It transcends with the existence of the knowledge, with the difference of the hierarchy and with the human race and the nation. Its center idea leads us to the reflection about the predominance of the man, the intellectual, the idea and the power. We can find the importance of the various writing method. It published free text not to be restricted at existing frame. It was the task to extract to the space of an public discourse the woman's writing. And it is a main subject of the woman movemant. It has historical meaning the initial woman magazine. It accomplished the role as space of a modern times woman discourse. We value it as a real woman's magazine and the women's writing, too.
