이글은 강경애의 문학에 대한 평가가 인간문제에 집중하여 리얼리즘 성취에 편중되어 있다고 보고 강경애 문학의 진면목은 체험의 소설화에서 이룩한 글쓰기 방식의 특성에 있다고 주장한 글이다. 체험의 소설화라는 시각으로 강경애문학의 진면목을 살피기 위해 우선 감각묘사에 탁월한 작가가 먹는 묘사에 한하여 감각묘사가 없는 점을 살펴봄으로써 현실체험을 바탕으로 한 작가의 세계관의 방향을 읽어보았다. 다음 출판과정에서 장하일이나 출판사의 첨삭 가능성을 배제할 수 없는 북한판 인간문제는 강경애 문학의 정본으로 보기에는 무리가 있다고 보고 북한판 인간문제와 신문연재 원본의 대조를 통하여 프로문학 창작방법에 맞지 않더라도 체험에 충실했던 강경애의 글쓰기 방식을 부각하였다. 세계관과 창작방법 기술의 통일이 이루어지지 않아도 체험을 살려 글을 쓴 작가가 강경애였다.이처럼 체험을 그 어떤 창작방법보다도 우선시 하였던 강경애의 간도체험은 항일문학을 낳는데 결정적 기여를 하였으며 특히 만주와 간도의 항일문학이 희귀한 우리문단에 소중한 유산을 낳게 하였다. 강경애의 출판서지가 자세히 밝혀지지 않음으로써 남한에서 처음 강경애 소설이 출판되기까지의 알려지지 않은 부분을 밝히면서 강경애문학연구에 새로운 자료를 보태보려 하였다.
This paper suggests that writing of Kang Gyung-Ye is featured by novelization of experiences from the perspective that the author’s concern concentrated on Human Issues and realization of realism. I sought to understand the direction of world view of the author who was based on actual experiences and unrivalled in sensuous depictions. The North Korean version of Human Issues that may undergo addition or removal by Jang Ha Il or the publishing company is not understood as original of Kang Gyung-Ye. So I focused on underlining her unique writing manner through comparison of the North Korean version of Human Issues and the original published in local newspaper. Writer Kang’s experiences of Yanbian(Kan-do) greatly contributed to the promotion of the literature for resisting Japanese imperialists. Indeed, Manchuria and Yanbian give a unique legacy to our literature. As the bibliography on Kang Gyung-Ye has not been still known to South Korea completely, this paper aims to add some informative materials to the study on her literature.
