Optimal supply chain integration and management which plays significant roles inflowing a variety of information and providing high-quality logistics service isattracting more concerns from many companies. Especially, successful global supplychain management for shipper companies can bring competitive advantage in variousaspects such as competition between companies in terms of cost, speed, andresponsive time to customer needs etc. Information technology can be utilized as an effective tool for supply chainintegration, reduction of logistics costs and time but is used to provide more agilecustomer service by accelerating the supply chain integration. In addition, it is alsoused as a means of obtaining various cargo and price information for customers. The purpose of this study is firstly to analyze how the company's informationtechnology capabilities influence supply chain integration and logistics customerservice, and secondly it finds out how the utilization of information technology andsupply chain integration have effects on the improvement of companies' logisticscustomer service. This study has investigated the relations among company's information technologycapabilities, supply chain integration and customer service for logistics.
