This study attempts to provide differentiated on-line contents related to off-class work to elementary school students for their self-directed learning at home. Participants of this study are 40 students of the 4th graders from H elementary school in the north Jeolla Province. Students chose their level of cyber learning contents related to their off-line on-class level. They have studied on-line materials at home after the 2nd and 4th class of each lesson in parallel with off-line lesson for one semester and got necessary feedback and on-line test scores from their cyber teacher. Students interacted each other and also with their teacher by writing up words on bulletin boards or asking questions on their study. The findings are: cyber home learning is effective in both cognitive and affective changes. And a close cooperation among parents, teacher and students is needed to administer and manage students' self-study and reporting. It is also recommended that a quality contents that fits national curriculum should be developed to make the on/off-line learning more meaningful and connected.
