The purposes of the study were to review related literature and identify current job competency educational programs of the selected universities, to determine the degrees of job competency education satisfaction, need, contents and method preference from university employees, and finally to verify educational effect and satisfaction of e-Learning job competency programs. The method adopted for the purposes was basically survey including on-line survey. In addition, three e-Learning sample contents were made and serviced along with general procedures of e-Learning contents development. According to major findings, the followings were concluded. First, it was revealed that university employee’s satisfaction was low and they felt off line collected OJT programs were not good enough to participate in. Second, they agreed the need and effect of job competency programs provided by university. Further, they felt continuous HRD program were important in long term sense. Third, university employees preferred leadership program and did not favored moral educati on. Fourth, it was identified that they preferred abroad educational program and least preferred current off line collected OJT programs in aspects of job competency methods. Lastly, it was concluded that university employees were satisfied with the sample e-Learning contents and e-Learning would be an alternative based on the result of the study as job competency education.
