이 연구의 목적은 한국연구재단 한국학술지인용색인에서 제공하는 인용정보를 분석하여 농업교육 및 인적자원개발 분야의 대표적인 학술지인 농업교육과 인적자원개발 및 해당 학술지가 속한 교육학 영역의 학술지들과 비교를 통해서 특성을 분석하는데 있다. 이 연구를 통해서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업교육 및 인적자원개발 분야의 현실 변화에 적절하게 학술지 농업교육과 인적자원개발이 대응하고 있다. 둘째, 최근 3년간 우수한 논문을 게재하여 피인용이 활발하게 이루어진 결과, 학술지 농업교육과 인적자원개발의 영향력 지수(IF)가 연도가 거듭될수록 해당 지수가 높아지고 있다. 셋째, 학술지 농업교육과 인적자원개발의 한국형 인용지수변화를 보면, 지속적으로 해당 지수는 증가함에도 불구하고, 순위가 상대적으로 낮은 것은 교육학 영역에 속한 다른 학술지에 비해 자기인용비율이 높기 때문이다. 학술지 자기인용비율 높다는 것은 연구자들이 해당 학술지의 자신 논문을 발표하면서 해당 학술지에서 발표된 논문들의 이용이 많다는 것을 의미하며, 이는 주제의 다양성이나 관심부문의 확대라는 측면에서 해당 학술지가 연구자들의 연구 수요를 충족시켜 준다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 농업교육과 인적자원개발의 즉시성 지수는 2010년에 0.1로 급격하게 감소한 것으로 나타나 것은 각 연도별 게재논문수를 보면 즉시성 지수가 가장 낮은 결과는 2008년, 2009년, 2010년에 발간된 각 1호에 실린 논문수가 7편, 8편, 8편 등 다른 호에 비해서 적었기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 다섯째, 학술지 농업교육과 인적자원개발의 즉시성 지수(0.1), 인용반감기(8.7년), 인용 절정기(4년)로 볼 때, 다른 분야의 학술지에 비해 지식이전속도가 빠른 편은 아니었다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of the journal of agricultural education and human resource development using Korea citation index. The major findings in study were as follows. First, the journal of agricultural education and human resource development has responded well to the changes in the field of agricultural education and human resource development. Second, many papers were cited in recent three-year period, impact factor of the journal of agricultural education and human resource development has increased each year. Third, despite the increase in kor-factor of the journal of agricultural education and human resource development consistently, the journal of agricultural education and human resource development has relatively low rank of the kor-factor in domain of pedagogy, because of high rate of self-citations of the journal of agricultural education and human resource development. Fourth, ZIF of the journal of agricultural education and human resource development was sharp decline in 2010. Fifth, the speed of knowledge transfer is not fast considering period of citation(8.7year), and period of citation peak(4 year) in comparison with other fields of the journal, which means that the research environment of is not fast.
