본 연구에서는 지평선축제의 프로그램과 축제 활성화를 위한 요인과의 관계를 분석하고 이것을 통해 문화콘텐츠의 개발 가능성과 방향을 제시하고 한다.분석결과 전통문화요인, 농경문화체험요인, 쌀음식요인 등이 축제 효과 및 활성화 요인에 높은 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 방문자가 직접 체험 및 참가 할 수 있는 프로그램들이 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 반면 지역농산물 홍보 관련 프로그램은 상대적으로 영향력이 낮게 나타났다.활성화 방안으로 지역의 전통문화를 이용한 캐릭터와 에듀테인먼트 그리고 테마기행을 개발하여 지역농산물이미지와 지역문화이미지를 제고해야 한다.
The purpose of this study is to present the potential cultural contents and direction of agricultural villages. This was done through an analysis of the relationship between Kim-Jae horizon festival program and its relevant cultural factors. The result shows that traditional cultural factors, agricultural experience factors and rice food factors had the greatest effect on the festival's effectiveness. Programs in which visitors participate and have direct experience are especially effective. On the other hand, public relationship programs for the local agricultural product were not very effective. Additionally, to improve local marketing and develop local brands, it is important to use local traditional character, edutainment and tour theme.
