기업 내 인적자원의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 기업 내 교육훈련에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 교육의 효과성을 증대시키기 위해 교육의 대상인 성인학습자에 대한 이해가 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 특히 성인학습자에 대한 논의에 있어서 성인학습자들이 집중 또는 몰두하는 상태인 학습몰입에 대한 이해는 성인학습자의 학습경험과 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 성인학습자의 학습몰입은 성인교수자에 의해 제공되는 학습 환경 및 상호작용에 의해 많은 영향을 받는다. 따라서 본 연구는 성인학습자의 긍정적인 학습경험을 촉진하기 위해 성인교수자의 교수행동이 성인학습자의 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 국내 A기업 내 성인학습자 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 연구의 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.첫째, 성인교수자의 교수행동 관련 변인 중 관련성, 상호작용, 열정, 유머감각, 조직화가 성인학습자의 학습몰입 변인 중 학습과제에 대한 몰두, 학습과정에의 통합, 자의식의 상실과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인교수자의 교수행동관련 변인 중 상호작용이 성인학습자의 학습몰입 변인 중 학습과제에 대한몰두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인교수자의 교수행동관련 변인 중 상호작용과 조직화가 성인학습자의 학습몰입 변인 중 학습과정에의 통합에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성인교수자의 교수행동 변인이 미치는 영향에 관하여 성인학습자의 학습몰입 변인 중 자의식의 상실에서는 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다.
As importance of human resources in a company increases, an interest in training is increasing. In this situation, understanding of an adult learner who is an object of learning can be essential to increase effectiveness of learning. Therefore, this study examined the effect of educator's teaching behaviors on learning flow which is a state of adult learner's devotion to concentration in learning processes. In this study, 200 adult learners in A company were selected. The results showed the following conclusions. First, among the variables of adult educator's teaching behaviors, relevance, interaction, enthusiasm, humor sense, and organization were related to learning flow variables such as adult learner's learning assignment flow, learning process integration, and loss of self-consciousness. Second, interaction in the variables of adult educator's teaching behaviors meaningfully affected learning assignment devotion in the learning flow variables of adult learners. Third, interaction and organization in the variables of adult educator's teaching behavior meaningfully affected to integration of learning process in the learning flow variables of adult learners. Fourth, the meaningful results did not appear in loss of self-consciousness in the learning flow variables of adult learners.
