The purpose of this research is seeking for the characteristic of coaching method and application plan for instruction consulting. There are three research problems to reach this purpose. First, what is the notion of coaching, second, what is the coaching procedure and techniques, and last, how to apply the coaching method in the instruction consulting. The coaching is a set techniques to help carry knowledge into action through simple and informal feedback or question about the teacher's specialty. In this research, I present the coaching procedure as four steps; ① meeting before the class observation ② class observation ③ material review ④ meeting after the class observation. The consultant must have techniques such as listening attentively, asking questions, giving feedback. Using coaching techniques, the consultant must consider the requested subject, who the client is, and which stage the techniques would be used. Finally, to apply the coaching successfully, we must view the requested subjects only, prohibit praises and criticism, and holding secrets.
