본 연구의 목적은 블렌디드 학습 환경에서 자기 주도적 학습능력을 신장시키기 위한 학습 기술 훈련 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구는 개발연구(development research)를 적용하여 문헌연구 및 현장상황 검토를 통해 연구 과제를 추출하고 현장에서 실천 가능성을 높인 학습기술 훈련 프로그램으로 개발되었다. 개발된 훈련 프로그램을 적용하여 자기 주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과 및 만족도를 검사하여 훈련 프로그램의 타당성을 검증하였으며, 검증 결과를 바탕으로 수정․보완하여 완성하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 첫째, 본 프로그램은 온라인과 오프라인 환경의 장점을 통합한 블렌디드 환경을 조성하여 학습기술을 훈련시킴으로서 학습자의 자기 주도적 학습능력을 향상 시키도록 개발되었다. 블렌디드 학습 환경은 학습기술과 학습자의 특성 등을 고려하여 가장 효과적이고 효율적으로 학습기술을 훈련할 수 있는 환경을 제공하였다. 둘째, 본 프로그램은 블렌디드 학습 환경에서 학습 기술을 훈련하여 새로운 학습 환경에 대한 학습기술의 적용기회와 학습 적응력을 길러 줄 수 있도록 개발되었다. 앞으로 학습자가 학습기술을 적용하게 될 학습형태는 사이버 가정 학습, 모바일 학습 등과 같은 새롭게 부각되는 학습 환경이므로 블렌디드 환경에서 학습기술 훈련이 적응력을 길러 줄 수 있다. 셋째, 본 프로그램은 학습자의 학습 기술을 훈련하는 방법에 있어 오프라인 학습 환경의 교수자와 학습자간 단일차원의 학습기술 훈련방법에서 벗어나 온라인 학습 환경의 다양한 차원에서 학습기술을 훈련할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to develop study skills training program on blended learning environment, and to apply Development Research(DR) as a design methodologies, research design. The major research three processes were suggested as follow for attaining this purpose of study : first, to extract authentic research three tasks through literature survey involving research topic and filed contextual investigation; seconds, to develop study skills training program on blended learning environment for advancing self-directed learning ability; third, to implement developed study skills training program on blended learning environment, and to effect test the effects of study skills training program on the self-directed learning ability and validity of program. The result from this study were as follows. First, there was a significant difference that the study skills training on blended learning environment had effects on the self-directed learning ability between treatment group and control group. The group employing in the training program had better learning self-directed learning ability. therefore, study skills training program on blended learning environment had positive effects for advancing the self-directed learning ability. Second, study skills training on the blended learning environment were offered students, so study skills training program was diversified. Finally study skills training need to be implemented as an official curriculum to improve student's self-directed learning ability, also to diversify and standardize.
