본 연구의 목적은 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이저들이 수퍼바이지를 평가하는 항목들을 개념도 방법을 통해 알아보는 것이다. 수퍼바이지 평가 항목을 추출하기 위해 2002년부터 2009년까지 서울소재 S대학 상담 수련기관에서 작성된 수퍼바이지 평가서 66사례를 분석하였다. 수퍼바이지 평가서는 한 학기동안 약 13회에 걸쳐 지속적으로 개인 수퍼비전을 받은 수퍼바이지를 평가하기 위해 수퍼바이저가 작성하는 개방형 질문지이다. 총 82개의 평가 항목이 추출되었으며, 이에 대해또 다른 수퍼바이저 13명이 유사성 분류와 중요도를 평정하였다. 이를 토대로 개념도 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 총 4개의 군집이 도출되었고, 이 중 2개 범주에서 각각 2개의 하위 군집이 도출되었다. 4개의 군집은‘초심 상담자로서의 자질’,‘ 내담자와 상담관계에 대한 태도 및 반응’,‘사례운영기본능력’‘, 심층적개입및사례이해’이었다. 이중‘초심상담자로서의자질’은‘수퍼비전에 임하는 자세’와‘상담자로서의 기본 자질’의 하위 군집이,‘ 심층적 기법 및 사례이해’는‘심층적 기법’과‘사례이해’의 하위 군집이 도출되었다. 중요도 평정 결과, 수퍼바이저들은수퍼바이지를 평가하는 항목으로‘심층적 개입 및 사례이해’를 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었으며‘, 사례운영의기본능력’을상대적으로덜중요하게생각하는것으로나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the supervisee evaluation criteria adopted by supervisors in counseling supervision using concept mapping. Sixty six supervisee evaluation forms written by supervisors were collected to extract evaluation criteria. Each evaluation form was written by a supervisor after providing approximately 13 supervision sessions from 2002 to 2009. A total of 82descriptions were extracted from the evaluation forms. Thirteen experienced supervisors rated the similarity and significance of the 82 descriptions. Cluster analyses yielded four clusters, ‘basic qualifications as a novice counselor’, ‘attitudes and reaction to the client and the counseling relationship’, ‘basic abilities for case management’, ‘in-depth techniques and case conceptualization’. Supervisors rated ‘in-depth techniques and case conceptualization’ relatively more important than others and ‘basic abilities for case management’ the least.
