본 연구는 상담자 애착 회피요인과 상담자 발달수준 그리고 상담자가 지각한 작업동맹 및 내담자가 지각한 작업동맹 간의 관계에 대해 탐색하고, 상담자 애착 회피요인과 상담자와 내담자가 각각 지각한 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 상담자 발달수준이 조절효과를 가지는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 부산, 대구지역에 위치한 각 대학교 학생생활상담소와 일반상담기관에서 활동하고 있는 98명의 상담자와 106명의 내담자를 대상으로 상담자에 대해서는 애착 회피요인, 상담자 발달수준과 작업동맹을 측정하였고, 내담자에 대해서는 작업동맹을 측정하였다. 자료분석은 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석으로 이루어졌으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자 애착 회피요인은 상담자가 지각한 작업동맹과 내담자가 지각한 작업동맹과 유의한 부적관계를 보였다. 둘째, 상담자 애착 회피요인은 상담자 발달수준과의 관계에서 부적상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 상담자 발달수준은 상담자와 내담자가 각각 지각한 작업동맹과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 넷째, 상담자 애착 회피요인과 상담자가 지각한 작업동맹 간 관계에서 상담자 발달수준이 조절효과를 나타냈으나, 상담자 애착 회피요인과 내담자가 지각한 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 상담자 발달수준은 조절효과를 나타내지 않았다.
This study was aimed to identify the moderating effects of counselor developmentlevels on the relationship between counselor attachment avoidance andworking alliance. Survey data was collected from 106 clients and 98 counselors inthe counseling institutions that participated in research. The participants are askedto rate the three factors: 1) Experience in Close Relationship-Revised, 2) theKorean Counselor Level Questionnaire and 3) the Working Alliance Inventory. Thefollowing results were found: First, the moderating effects of counselor developmentlevel were found on the relationships between counselor attachment avoidanceand working alliance of counselors. Second, the moderating effects of counselordevelopment level were not found on the relationships between counselorattachment avoidance and working alliance of clients.
