본 연구는 정보화마을사업의 성과 분석 시 선행연구들에서 간과한 비 정보화마을사업 변수들의 통제를 통해 성과를 검정하는 것이다. 이의 확인을 위해 정보화마을사업을 통해 투입된 물적･인적자원, 정보화마을사업의 성과와 관계된 정보화마을의 조성목표, 그리고 정보화마을사업 변수와 관계없이 마을의 성과에 영향을 미치는 마을 자체적으로 기 보유중인 자원들과 여타개발사업 등을 통제변수로 연구모형을 설정하고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 정보화마을사업 변수들 뿐만 아니라 비 정보화마을사업 변수들 역시 정보화마을사업 성과에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.
This study is to verify the performance of Information Network Village(INVIL) Project through controlling overlooked variables in the previous studies. Doing this, it set up a research model having latent variables such as material and human resources through INVIL Project, village’s goals related to the performance of the Project, village’s resources affecting its performance and other government-sponsored project. As a result, it was confirmed that the performance has been affected by various variables related to not only INVIL Project itself but also non-INVIL project.
