본 연구는 스키 리조트의 물리적 환경 구성요인이 방문자의 즐거움, 만족도, 체류 기간과 재방문에미치는 영향을 고찰하고 있다. 설문 대상은 미국 남서부의 한주에 위치한 스키장의 방문자 325명을대상으로하였다. 그 결과, 스키장 시설의 외적인 미와 위생요소가 방문자의 즐거움에 중요한 영향을미쳤고, 방문자의 즐거움은 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 방문자의 즐거움은 체류기간과 재방문에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 스키장에서의 방문자 만족도 역시 체류기간과 재방문에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
The relationship of a ski resort’s physical environment (i.e., layout accessibility, aesthetics,cleanliness, and social interaction) on visitors’ excitement, satisfaction, desire to stay, and revisit intentions was investigated. A total of 325 visitors in a ski resort in a Southwestern state in the U.S. completed questionnaires. It was found that aesthetics and cleanliness in ski resorts significantly influence customers’ excitement, and excitement has a significantly impact on satisfaction. Also, excitement has a significant impact on desire to stay and revisit intentions, and satisfaction has a significant impact on desire to stay and revisit intentions in ski resorts.
