This research considers how a woman leader has affected the local society and the global lives. Although Asian women have been represented as the victims of poverty, development and violence, they show their leadership in ecotourism. This research explores the way of feminist leadership by considering under which social context woman employer ‘Lek’(Sangduen Lek Chailert) negotiates with the outsides and establishes the relationships with workers, focused on Elephant Nature Park in Thailand. Both Literature research and the in-depth interviews were implemented. The results are as follows; Lek shows her leadership by setting a high value on the life and the care for animals, promoting preservation of tradition and development of local culture, and dedicating herself to the economic independence of the local community. She resists against development and production-dominated value in connection with a variety of powers. She is a good role model of Asian women as the producer of local culture, based on feminine leadership of consideration and relationship. Nonetheless, her leadership should be changed in terms of revaluation of immigrant work and women work and recognition of child-care for development into feminist leadership.
