공립 청소년수련관 서비스를 연구대상으로 하는 본 연구는 서비스 질과의 관계성을 중심으로 전반적인 만족과 구전의도의 제고적소를 청소년과 성인집단 별로 각기 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기 위해, 여기에서는 문헌･면접･설문조사를 실시하여 전반적인 만족과 구전의도의 제고적소를 청소년과 성인을 대상으로 각기 탐색하여 비교분석하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 토대로 공립 청소년수련관의 전반적인 만족과 구전의도의 제고전략을 제시하였다.
This study explores opportunities for increasing the overall satisfaction and the word-of-mouth intention by dividing study subjects into adolescents and adults. For this purpose, opportunities for increasing the overall satisfaction and the word-of-mouth intention were compared and analyzed through an extensive literature review, exploratory in-depth interviews, and research questionnaires. Based on the results some strategies for increasing the overall satisfaction and the word-of-mouth intention are suggested.
