본 연구는 NCS 체계를 반영한 SCM 교육을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법을 'ERP 시스템을 활용한 능력단위별 프로세스 적용 방안'으로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 교육담당자가 현장에서 필요한 SCM 이론과 시스템 운영 능력을 효과적으로 학생들에게 전달하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 방안을 다음과 같이 정의하였다. 첫째, SCM 교육을 위해 NCS 능력단위를 교육 시나리오로 정의하여 이를 업무 중심의 프로세스로 구성한다. 둘째, 능력단위별로 SCM 교육 시나리오를 구성한 후, 수행준거에 근거하여 ERP 내의 각 프로그램과 매핑함으로써 시스템 중심의 NCS SCM 교육을 준비한다. 셋째, NCS 수행준거에 근거하여 NCS 교육 체계 반영 및 수행성과를 측정한다. 본 연구는 프로세스를 정의하고 ERP 시스템을 활용하여 NCS 기반의 SCM 교육 방법을 제안했다는 점에서 의의를 가지고 있다. 또한, 기업 현업 업무 중심의 교육을 시나리오로 제시했다는 측면에서 교육담당자에게 많은 시사점을 제공하지만, ERP 등 교육용 시스템의 뒷받침이 없을 경우, 그 효과가 반감할 수 있다. 그리고 ERP 시스템 상에서 제공되는 계량화된 지표를 통해 학습 결과를 측정할 수 있어서 교육성과를 측정할 수 있을 것이다. 향후 ERP 시스템을 활용하여 SCM을 수행하는 많은 기업들에게 이러한 교육을 받은 학생의 업무 수행 및 만족도를 평가함으로써 교육 효과에 대해 장기적으로 분석할 수 있을 것이다.
This study firstly devised the effective SCM education curriculum based on the NCS and ERP system. This research is on a methodology of SCM education that reflects the NCS Structure in the university by utilizing ERP System and mapping the process per competency unit. With this SCM methodology, Professors or SCM instructors will deliver the SCM contents and enhance students' system operation competency that are critical competency in the industry. And this methodology covers End-to-End SCM Curriculum from the planning to the assessment of the vocational core competency. We defined the SCM education methodology by defining the SCM process using ERP system. Because ERP system is the backbone system of many companies and fitted well to the operation levels of SCM. ERP system will be the best solutions for the SCM eduction based on NCS. First, SCM processes should be mapped with Scenario that will cover Competency Unit. Second, SCM Competency Unit should be covered with the ERP Transactions that will perform ERP functions. The findings show that SCM Curriculum that are mapped with performance criteria in NCS and ERP Programs is efficient and fit with the business requirements. This study is meaningful in presenting the effective education model of SCM Curriculum with ERP System and NCS Guidelines. Practically, Without ERP System, this model will not support the scenario based curriculum efficiently. Future study to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of the SCM curriculum based on the NCS will be promising.
