본 연구는 사회복지사, 노인체육지도자 들을 대상으로 전문직업적 정체성에 미치는 요인을 분석하여 향후 사회복지사, 노인 체육 지도자들이 어려움 없이 직무를 수행할 수 있는 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 서울시, 경기도에 소재한 노인복지시설의 사회복지사와 노인프로그램 담당 강사들 총 227명으로 하였으며, 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석방법으로는 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), 요인분석(Factor Analysis), 신뢰도 분석(Reliability Analysis), 상관관계분석(Correlation Analysis), 회귀분석(Regression Analysis), 더미회귀분석(Dummy Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문 직업적 정체성과 직무만족간의 상관관계 분석에서 각 변인들 간의 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 전문직업적 정체성에 미치는 요인을 검증하기 위해 교육수준과 경력수준을 독립변인으로 설정하고 더미회귀분석을 실시한 결과 4년제 대학 졸업 집단이 전문직업적 정체성에 유의한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경력수준에서는 4-6년 정도인 사회복지사, 노인체육 지도자 들이 전문직업적 정체성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문직업적 정체성에 영향을 주는 요인은 크게 인적요소, 직무 및 환경적 요소, 보상요소 등으로 나뉘며, 모든 요인이 전문 직업적 정체성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
The purpose of this study presents a basis that senior welfare professional’s work easily through analysis of factors about professional job identification of senior welfare professional’s As for the research subject, the data of 227 social workers and instructors of senior program region in Seoul and Kyungki province and data were collected by survey. The ways of analysis are Frequency Analysis, Factor analysis, reliability analysis, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis and Dummy regression analysis. First, I analysis about reliability between professional job identification to satisfaction of work and it showed regard reliability. Second, I analysis for factor about professional work identity that independent factor set up education level and career level and use Dummy regression analysis as a result group of graduation of college has significant effect of professional work identity. Third, factors that give an effect to professional work identity are human factors, work and environment factors, reward factors and all of factors give an effect to professional work identity.
