노인장기요양보험의 도입에 따라 요양보호사에 대한 전문성 강화를 위한 자격시험제를 도입하였다. 하지만요양보호사의 과다 배출과 교육기관의 난립, 낮은 처우 등에 따라 요양보호사 업무환경과 제도적 측면에서 개선이 필요하다. 이에 기존의 요양보호사에 대한 직업적 정체성에서 나아가 제도적인 인식에 대한 재설정으로요양보호사의 업무환경과 제도가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 요양시설에 근무하고 있는 요양보호사들을 대상으로 직무만족의 요인들을 알아봄으로써 업무환경의 개선을 통한 요양보호서비스의 질적 향상을 도모하고자 수행하였다. 특히 요양보호사 인력에 대한 자격관리의 강화가 요구되는 시점에서 직업적 재인식과 자긍심을 통해 결국 직무만족도를 높여야 한다. 이와 같이 직무 만족도가 높아질 경우 안정적 업무활동으로 인하여 이용자들에서 대한 요양관련 서비스 수준이 향상됨에 따라 외부 고객만족도도 높아지게 될 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 6개 요양시설에 근무하고 있는 요양보호사 142명을 대상으로 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 인증, 평가, 규제, 처우, 감시 등 제도 요인을 독립변수로 하여 측정하였다. 측정 방식은 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 직무만족에 가장 영향력이 큰 변수는 인증, 처우, 평가, 규제, 감시 순으로 조사되었다. 우리나라 요양시설에서도 인증제도와 평가제도의 도입과 확대, 처우 개선과 요양보호사에 대한 지원을 통해 돌봄서비스의 질 향상이 고객만족으로 연계되도록 하는 요양보호사 제도에 대한 적극적 개선이 필요한 시점이라고 판단된다.
As introducing the law of the olders' longtime nurse insurance, qualification examination system of professional nurse was adopted. Regarding the work environment and the system of nursing professionals, a lot of improvement is needed including too many nursing professionals, disorderly opening of related education entity,poor treatment and so on. Therefore we are to intend to analyze influential factors to job satisfaction of nursing professionals. This study is to examine cognition of nursing professionals who affects job satisfaction, carry out a survey targeting nursing professionals by recognition factors of job satisfaction and improve service quality through improving the work environment of the nurse professionals. Thus, the study would examine hypotheses on the factors. 142 Nursing professionals of 6 nursing homes in Seoul city were surveyed. This study measured cognition factors that affects on job satisfaction, examined multiple regression method. The results are like the below. Therefore, the study would judge adopt and expansion of accreditation and evaluation system,wage increase needs active improvement of nursing professionals system that customer satisfaction linked quality improvement of care service through support internal customer for nursing professionals.
