본 연구는 학교부적응 중학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로태도성숙도에 생태체계관점의 진로탐색프로그램이 효과가 있는지를 알아보는데 있었다. 연구대상은 경기도 용인시와 성남시에 소재한 3개 중학교의 부적응학생 48명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 각각 8명씩 무선 배정하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 생태체계관점의 진로탐색 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 진로준비결정 자기효능감 전체와 하위영역인 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결, 미래계획에서 모두 유의한 향상이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생태체계관점의 진로탐색프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 진로태도성숙도 전체와 하위영역인 독립성, 일에 대한 태도, 계획성에서 모두 유의한 향상이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 생태체계관점의 진로탐색 프로그램을 실시할 때 학교부적응 중학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로태도성숙도가 보다 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중학교에서 생태체계관점의 진로탐색 프로그램을 실시하는 것이 학교부적응 학생들이 자신의 진로를 탐색하고 준비하는데 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있다는 사실을 뒷받침해 준다.


The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ecological systematic perspective career search program for the maladjusted middle school student's career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity. We verified the efficacy of the developed program targeting 48 maladjusted students from 3 middle schools in Yongin city and Sungnam city. We assigned 8 students from the each schools without selection as an experimental group and a control group. The main results of this study are as follows;First, the hypothesis was verified that the experimental group students participated in the ecological systematic perspective career search program were more effective to improve throughout the career decision-making self-efficacy and than the control group students. And in the low area, experimental group achieved improvements in the planning objectives, planning, problem-solving and planning for the future too. Second, the experimental group students participated in the ecological systematic perspective career search program were more effective to improve all over the career attitude maturity. And in the low area, the experimental group students achieved improvements in the independence, work attitude and planning quality. Therefore, the developed ecological systematic perspective career search program for the maladjusted middle school students in this study was verified as effective to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy, career attitude maturity for the maladjusted students in middle school. These results bolsters the evidence that the ecological systematic perspective career search program can give substantive aids to maladjusted students with their career search and preparation.
