본 연구에서는 재수생의 성인애착과 대인관계능력 및 조망수용과의 관계를 살펴보고, 재수생의 성인애착과 대인관계능력의 관계에서 조망수용이 매개하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 경기도에 소재한 입시기숙학원 남․여 312명을 대상으로 성인애착 척도, 대인관계능력 척도, 조망수용 척도를 실시하였다. 재수생의 조망수용과 대인관계능력의 관계를 조망수용이 매개하는지 알아보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증과 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 그 결과, 재수생의 성인애착과 대인관계능력과의 관계에서 조망수용은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 불안정한 성인애착으로 대인관계에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 재수생을 상담할 때, 조망수용 능력을 향상시키도록 도와줄 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 연구 결과에 기초하여 본 연구의 제한점 및 추후연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
This study is aimed to examine whether or not perspective-taking has a mediating effect on the association between adult attachment, interpersonal competence among repeat candidates. For this purpose, this study administered adult attachment scale, interpersonal competence scale and perspective-taking scale with 312 boys and girls from a preparatory boarding school for examinees in Gyeonggi Province. The mediating effects test by Baron and Kenny (1986) and the Sobel test were used to test the mediating effects of perspective-taking in the relationship between adult attachment, interpersonal competence among repeat candidates. The results showed that perspective-taking has a partial mediating effect on the association between adult attachment, interpersonal competence. This study suggests that there is a need to help improve perspective-taking ability of repeat candidates during the counseling who are having difficulties in personal relationship due to the unstable adult attachment. Based on the study findings, limitations and future study directions are suggested.
