본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 SNS 특성과 사이버 집단지성 유형별 참여정도 간의 관계에서 심리사회적 특성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에, 충청남도와 충청북도에 재학중인 중․고등학생 및 대학생 993명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 이 중 불성실한 응답을 제외한 670명을 구조모형을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 청소년이 지각한 SNS 특성이 사이버 집단지성 유형별 참여정도에 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년이 지각한 SNS 특성이 심리사회적 특성에 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 SNS 이용에 따른 심리사회적 특성은 사이버 집단지성 유형별 참여정도에 직접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 청소년의 지각된 SNS 특성이 사이버 집단지성 유형별 참여정도 간의 관계에서 심리사회적 특성이 의미있게 매개함을 확인하였다. 또한 심리사회적 특성의 매개효과의 검증을 위해 부분매개 모형과 완전매개 모형을 경쟁모형으로 설정하여 비교한 결과, 직접효과를 배제한 완전매개 모형을 통해 심리사회적 특성이 순수한 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 심리사회적 특성이 기술적 특성의 영향을 받는 중요한 매개변인임을 증명하고 이론적 근거를 제공해주었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
The objective of this study is to verify the SNS characteristics perceived by youth and mediation effects of the socio-psychological characteristics between degrees of participation in cyber collective intelligence types. A survey is performed for a total of 993 middle school, high school, and university students in Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do in which 670 answers are used in a structural model based analysis excepts for unfaithful answers. The results are summarized as follows. First, the SNS characteristics perceived by youth directly affect the degrees of participation in cyber collective intelligence types. Second, it reveals that the SNS characteristics perceived by youth represent direct effects in the socio-psychological characteristics. Third, the socio-psychological characteristics according to the uses of SNS in youth directly affect the degrees of participation in cyber collective intelligence types. Finally, it is verified that the SNS characteristics perceived by youth mediate the degrees of participation in cyber collective intelligence types significantly. In addition, it is also verified that the socio-psychological characteristics represent a pure mediation effect through the complete mediation model, which excludes direct effects, based on the comparison between partial and complete mediation models, which are configured as a competition model for verifying the mediation effects of the socio-psychological characteristics. It reveals that the socio-psychological characteristics are the important mediation variable affected by descriptive characteristics and provide theoretical basis.
