본 연구의 목적은 항공서비스학과 전공생들의 성취목표지향성, 진로결정 자기효능감, 취업준비행동, 전공만족에 대한 영향관계를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 항공서비스 전공생들을 대상으로 자료(355 부)를 수집하고 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 성취목표지향성의 수행접근지향, 수행회피지향, 학습지향의 모든 요인이 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 학생들의성취목표지향성은 예비적 취업준비행동을 26.9%, 본격적인 취업준비행동에는 26.5%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 진로결정자기효능감의 직업탐색효능, 취업면접효능, 관계형성효능의 요인은 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 개인탐색효능 요인은 예비적 취업준비행동에는 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나 본격적인 취업준비행동에는 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 학생들의 진로결정자기효능감은 예비적 취업준비행동을 33.8%, 본격적인 취업준비행동에는 35.3%를 설명하는 것으로나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 따라 학생들이 취업준비를 하는데 있어 자신의 능력과 자질을 만들고 학과 과정 중 취업을 준비하면서 졸업 및 취업 시기에 맞추어 본격적으로 정보탐색 및 수집 활동의 과정을 통해 본격적으로 취업을 위한 행동을 실행하는 것이라 판단된다. 또한, 항공서비스 전공생들의전공만족도는 성취목표지향성 및 진로결정자기효능감과 취업준비행동 간에 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 항공서비스 전공생들이 자신의 전공에 만족하는 경우 그렇지 못한 학생에 비해 자기조절효능감이 높고 자신의 진로에 대해 명확한 의사결정과 확신을 갖고 취업에 임하는 것으로 판단된다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects between achievement goal orientation, career decision-making self-efficacy, employment preparation behavior and major satisfaction for students majoring in airline service. The survey was conducted through a total of 355 questionnaires and carried out frequency analysis, Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediating effect using the SPSS 18.0. program. The results of this study are as follows, First, between achievement goal orientation and employment preparation behavior, all factors of achievement goal orientation had meaningful effect on employment preparation behavior. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior, Personal search efficacy factor had meaningful effect on employment preparation behavior, the full-fledged career preparation behavior was not significantly affected. In addition, on the mediating effect of major satisfaction, between goal achievement orientation, career decision -making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior, the major satisfaction had a partial mediating effect, Students Majoring in Airline Service who are satisfied with their major are highly self-regulating efficacy compared to not satisfied students, and are considered to have a conviction and a clear decision about his/her career.
