본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 유아기 부모역할 프로그램을 개발하기 위함이며, 이를 위해 ADDIE 모형에 기초하여 분석－설계－개발－실행－평가의 다섯 단계로 구성된 개발 모형을 설정하였다. 프로그램 내용을 개발하기 위해 문헌연구와 요구도 조사를 실시하였고,그 결과를 반영하여 실제 실행할 수 있도록 부모역할 프로그램을 구체화하는 작업을 진행하였다. 구체적인 내용 요소는 ‘부모 양육효능감’, ‘부모 역할 만족감’, ‘부모 양육행동’으로 3개의 요인을 중심으로 ‘어머니의 자아강화’, ‘부모자녀 상호작용’, ‘양육정보 습득’, ‘양육행동’, ‘양육지도’ 5개의 활동을 설계하였다. 개발된 프로그램 및 운영체제에 대한 검토 및 보완을 위한전문가 협의회를 구성하여 프로그램을 실시한 후 프로그램을 수정 보완하였다. 그 후 다문화가정 유아기 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 부모역할 프로그램을 시범 운영하였고, 그 결과를 반영하여 유아기 부모역할 프로그램을완성하였다. 또한 프로그램 개발 과정을 통해 나타난 논점을 통해 향후 다문화가정 부모역할 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a Early Childhood Parental Role Program for Multicultural Families based on a five stage ADDIE (analysis-designdevelopment-implementation-evaluation) model. In order to develop the contents of the program, a review of literature and a demand survey were conducted. Then, a practical parenting program was developed in a concrete manner. The program was designed with a focus on three concrete components including ‘parent child-rearing efficacy’, ‘parenting satisfaction’ and ‘parent child-rearing behavior; and five activities, such as ‘mother’s ego consolidation’,‘parent-child interaction’, ‘acquisition of child-rearing information’, child-rearing behavior’,and ‘child-rearing guidance.’ The specific contents and the operational system of the program were reviewed by a conference of specialists, and the program was modified and supplemented based on their comments. In addition, a pretest of the program was conducted with parents from multicultural families. Based on the results from the pretest, the early childhood parental role program was completed. Based on the issues presented during the course of program development, suggestions for future programs on parental role for multicultural families are presented.
