본 연구는 지역아동복지사의 교육과정을 개발하여 전문성을 확보하기 위한 목적으로 직무분석을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 전문가협의회와 직무분석이 주요 연구 방법으로 활용되었다. 본 결과는 직무 정의, 직무 모형, 직업명세서, 직무명세서, 작업명세서, 그리고 교육과 훈련을 위한 교육과정으로 요약된다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동복지사는 지역사회 연계를 통해 지역아동센터의 이용이 필요한 아동과 그 가족을 대상으로 통합적인 아동복지 서비스를 수행하는 것으로 정의된다. 둘째, 지역아동복지사의 책무는 6개로 구성되었으며, 각 책무별 작업은 27개로 도출되었다. 셋째, 현장 종사자의 특성이 반영된 교육과정은 지역아동센터 실무자 코스로 6개 과목을 240시간에 걸쳐 이수하는 것으로 개발하였으며, 교육 목표 및 시간, 교과목을 제시하였다. 데이컴(DACUM)법에 근거한 본 연구 결과는 지역아동복지사의 전문직무능력 향상 및 관련 대학의 교육과정을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.


This study is aimed to design and develope Vocational Education and Training Program of Community social worker for children in order to ensure worker's professionalism. Job analysis was performed by the education experts and filed through Developing A Curriculum(DACUM). The results are summarized as job definitions, job models, occupational specification, job specification, task specification, and curriculums for education and training. The major findings of this study were as the following: First, Community social workers for children provide welfare service with children and families through community society network. Second, duties of community social worker for children were total 6 and worker's total tasks were 27. Third, a curriculum - reflecting upon traits of worker, and developed as working-level course of community children center course to go through with 240hours in the 6 subject - presented a goal of vocational education, a subject of vocational education, and the quality of vocational education. The results of job analysis on the basis of Developing A Curriculum will be a critical basic resources for improving job ability of community social worker for children and will be a research material data for the related universities or colleges curriculum and national technique qualifications.
