이 연구는 전문대학 비서과의 교육과정을 평가하기 위한 평가준거에 대하여 전문가 집단별로 가중치를 산정하고, 최종적으로 델파이 그룹 전체의 가중치를 산정하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로 델파이조사법과 계층화 분석법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평가영역에 대한 상대적 중요도는 비서과 교수, 평가전문가는 ‘교육과정 운영’이 가장 중요하다고 판단하였고, 현장전문가는 ‘교육과정 편성 및 교수자료 개발’이 가장 중요하다고 판단하였다. 둘째, 평가항목에 대한 상대적 중요도는 비서과 교수, 현장전문가는 ‘비서직 직업세계의 요구’가 가장 중요하다고 판단하였고, 평가전문가는 ‘교수·학습 활동’이 가장 중요하다고 판단하였다. 셋째, 평가지표에 대한 상대적 중요도는 비서과 교수, 현장전문가는 ‘직무분석 결과의 적용 정도’를 가장 중요하다고 판단하였고, 평가전문가는 ‘학습자 참여 및 상호작용 정도’를 가장 중요하다고 판단하였다. 결론적으로 델파이 패널이 공통적으로 중요도를 지니는 영역은 ‘교육과정 편성 및 교수자료 개발’이었고, 항목은 ‘비서직 직업세계의 요구’, 지표는 ‘직무분석 결과의 적용 정도’로 판단하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 향후 필요한 연구 및 연구결과의 활용 방안에 대한 내용을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the curriculum evaluation criteria for secretarial majors in colleges by AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) Method, to identify the relative importance of each evaluation criterion by experts group and to ultimately analyze the relative importance by all experts. To achieve this goal, Delphi method and AHP was employed. The results of the study were as follows;First, the AHP analysis on evaluation area revealed the relative importance of ‘curriculum operation’ by professor, evaluation expert and that of ‘curriculum planning and material development’ by secretary. Second, the AHP analysis on evaluation items showed the relative importance of ‘needs caused by changes in secretarial jobs’ by professor, secretary and that of ‘teaching and learning activities’ by evaluation expert Third, the AHP analysis on evaluation indicators revealed the relative importance of ‘application level of job analysis results’ by professor, secretary and that of ‘level of learner’s participation and interaction’ by evaluation expert Finally, delphi panels have in common the importance of evaluation area, evaluation item, evaluation indicator are as follows: ‘curriculum planning and material development’, ‘needs caused by changes in secretarial jobs’, ‘application level of job analysis results’. Based on the results of this study, the following recommendations can be proposed.
