최근 들어, 현대 사회가 안고 있는 저 출산 및 고령화, 온난화와 환경오염 문제를 해결하고, 개인적으로는출․퇴근에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절감하여 삶의 질적 수준을 향상시키며, 기업에게는 고비용과 저효율의문제를 해결하고 업무효율성을 극대화하기 위한 방법으로 다양한 스마트워크 근무형태들이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 이 같은 스마트워크 근무형태들은 근무환경 특성 상 정보유출, 비인가자 접근, 악성코드 감염,단말공격, 단말기 분실 및 도난 등의 보안문제에 노출될 수밖에 없는 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 스마트워크근무형태를 도입 확산시키기 전에 정보보안 문제를 해결해야만 함에도 불구하고 스마트워크 근무환경특성요인들과 정보보안인식과 행동과의 영향관계에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트워크 근무환경 특성과 정보보안인식과 정보보안 행동과의 영향관계를분석하고자 한다. 먼저 스마트워크 근무환경 특성요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인들이 정보보안인식을 형성하는데어떤 영향을 미치며, 구체적인 정보보안 행동과는 어떤 영향관계에 있는지를 검증하는데 연구의 초점을맞추었다. 스마트워크 근무환경 특성 중에서 직무자율성과 이동성 그리고 직무부담감(책임)을 주요 영향요인으로 도출하여 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구결과에 의하면, 이들 요인 중에서 직무자율성과 직무부담감 (책임)은정보보안인식을 형성하는 데는 영향을 미치지 않으며, 정보보안 행동에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 직무자율성은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 직무부담감(책임)은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 이동성은 정보보안행동에는 영향을 미치지 않으며, 정보보안 인식을 형성하는 데만 정(+)의영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석결과로 볼 때, 스마트워크 근무형태에서 발생 가능한보안문제를 해결하기 위해서는 최대한의 자율성을 보장하되, 이로 인한 부담감을 최소화할 수 있는 방안,그리고 개인휴대 기기 및 데이터의 중요성, 보안의 필요성, 정보유출의 결과에 대한 주기적인 교육이필요할 것이다.
Recently, the modern society faced the challenge of low birth rate, aging population,global warming and environmental pollution. Individuals have a problem of high trafficcost and long working hours, enterprises also confront the problems of high cost andlow efficiency. In order to solve this problem a various types of smart works areintroduced. However, smart work shows weakness in such as information leakage,unauthorized party access, malware infection and attacks in the terminal, etc. Thusinformation security problems should be resolved before the introduction of the smartwork. But the study on the impact of information security awareness and behaviorare lacking. This study is staring with this point. This paper analyzes the relationship between the characteristics of smart work andthe information security awareness and behavior. Especially, this paper is focused onthe (1) extraction of factors that are impacted under the smart work environment, (2)examination of the relationship between the factors extracted from smart workenvironment and the information security awareness and behavior, and (3) theirempirical verification. As a results, characteristics such as job autonomy, mobility and job burden(responsibility)were derived. Information security behavior(positive) is affected only by the job autonomy,information security behavior(negative) is influenced only by the job burden(responsibility),and information security awareness only by the mobility.
