본 연구는 비서학전공 전문대학 학생들의 진로태도 성숙정도와 취업역량준비정도에 전공선택유형, 학과만족도, 귀인성향이 어느 정도 영향을 주는 지를 규명하여 진로태도 성숙정도를 높이고 취업역량준비정도를 최대한 향상시킬 수 있는 진로지도 방안을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울 및 수도권 2년제 대학 4곳의 비서관련학과의 2학년 재학생을 대상으로 총 284개의 설문을 SPSS 15.0 for Windows와 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 전공선택유형에 따라 학과만족도, 진로태도 성숙도, 취업역량 준비도는유의한 차이를 보였다. 자신의 적성이나 흥미 또는 학과 인기도나 전망에 따라 스스로 전공을 선택한 경우에 학과만족도와 진로태도 성숙도, 취업역량 준비도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째,전공선택유형은 학과만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 셋째, 귀인성향중 내적성향은학과만족도와 진로태도 성숙도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 외적성향이나 우연성향은 진로태도 성숙도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학과만족도가 높을수록 진로태도 성숙도가 높으며, 진로태도 성숙도가 높을수록 취업역량 준비도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 입학 전 전공학과에 대한 자세한 정보 제공, 신입생의 전공선택유형을 파악하고 학과 만족도를 높이기 위한 상담 클리닉 제도 운영, 졸업생과의 멘토링 활성화 방안 등을 제안하였다.
This study has purported to investigate the effects of the major selection type, department satisfaction, and attribution style on the career attitude maturity and readiness of employment competency of college students majoring in secretarial science. To develop the career attitude maturity and readiness of employment competency, this study will be fundamentally useful for career guidance and counseling. The subjects of the study were 284 second-year students from four colleges located in Seoul and Kyongi-do, who majored in Secretarial Science. The major findings are: (1) department satisfaction, career attitude maturity, and readiness of employment competency are affected by the major selection type, (2) the major selection type influences department satisfaction, (3) internal attribution has positive influences on department satisfaction and career attitude maturity, but external attribution and luck attribution have negative influences on career attitude maturity, (4) department satisfaction affects career attitude maturity, and career attitude maturity affects the readiness of employment competency. On the basis of the results, various programs are suggested, such as programs for freshmen to provide detailed information on majors, counseling clinics to identify the major selection type and raise the department satisfaction, and mentoring programs involving graduates.
