Nowadays, pension is popular among the travelers and getting bigger in hospitality industry in Korea. This article analyzed the present conditions of Korean pension industry and the relations of pension operators' attitudes and their satisfaction. The research results indicated that taken as a whole, the pension operators were satisfied with running pensions. And many of them did not satisfy with economic benefits but satisfy with non economic benefits such as healthy environment, comfortable life in suburb, leisure activities and so on. Also they think the positive attitude and sociability are the most important factors for successful pension management. Finally implications for operators and planners of pensions are discussed.
