The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the Korean college’s hotel wine & coffee curriculum and job analysis through the job perception of the food and beverage division employee. Descriptive statistic, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA was conducted for statistical analysis by SPSS WIN 12.0. On the basis of the purpose of the study and the review of the literature, three hypotheses were addressed and tested. The results supported a part of the proposed hypotheses.This study has limit which can not represent overall recognition because of analysis based on limited data. It is thought that steady study should be continued hereafter through more systematic and reliable study method.
