This study aims to examine closely the components and influential relations from the Meeting Planner Job Challenge Trait related to Human Resource department of marketing management in Meeting Planner Job Challenge Trait to intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction, organization commitment. For this study, based on the analysis result from the survey, and by presenting in the abstract model, carried out research on direct, indirect, and whole effect. To sum up the result of this study, firstly, Meeting Planner Job Challenge Trait commitment in convention business has an effect on intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction. Secondly, both extrinsic and intrinsic job satisfactions are underlying causes to organization commitment. extrinsic job satisfaction should be accomplished at first, and it seems that there are influential relations between organization commitment and intrinsic job satisfaction; it would be seem to make a whole influential effect by getting joined together with indirect effect rather than direct effect. It can be interpreted, however, this presents a way that organization commitment component preceding affect. Like Mathiey & Zajac(1990) and Allen & Meyer(1990)’s theories, continuance organization commitment, because an individual invests a lot of things to organization so that be absorbed in organization.
