The purpose of this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of emotional leadership and management performance in the hotel company. The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of Busan with the questionnaires. To achieve the study objective, a total of 328 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, AMOS(4.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of analysis are: The emotional leadership had partly effects on non-financial management performance. In conclusion, this study has provided sufficient evidences for future research to investigate the relationship of emotional leadership and management performance in the hotel industry.
