This study is conducted to explore natural environment attitude(NEP: New Environmental Paradigm) and recognition status about cultural heritage of tourists, who visited Bukaksan's Seoul Fortress. The major results of the study were as follows: Firstly, the modified NEP composed 6 questions showed a distribution between 6 points to 30 points. It means that most respondents have eco-friendly attitude above median. Secondly, it was found that reco1(the need for preserving cultural heritage), reco6(the need for financial support of government to cultural heritage), visiting(visit experience) showed a positive (+) influence on classification of groups [1=high NEP group, 0=medium & low NEP group], while reco5(concern about cultural heritage) had a negative (-) influence on that in logistic regression analysis. In addition, the more income they earn-as student they are, the higher possibility there is to belong in high NEP group. Lastly, the results of independent t-test showed that people with a high level of attitude to natural environment is likely to have higher attitude to cultural heritage compared to other people.
