Leisure is closely correlated with a quality of human life and it is becoming an important lifestyle. Therefore, it have meaning find ways to enjoy leisure time of soon-to-be elders also. This study seeks to identify what motivations and constraints are involved in leisure activity of soon-to-b249e elderly and to find differences depending on their personal traits. SPSS 12.0 program was used to conduct frequency analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA. Given personal traits of pre-elderly group, motivation on leisure involvement, leisure constraints (gender, educational background, income, profession, number of leisure activities involved) were partially similar. This finding will provide reference to draw up policies or leisure program for pre-elderly group and will be useful in enjoying leisure time of seniors in the future.
